Plus and storage
How much storage does a free account have?
A free account has 25 MB for files. That is enough for most people — a license is for those whose participants upload lots of images or audio, for example to a wall or an adventure trail.
What happens when a license ends?
Nothing is deleted. Storage falls back to the free level: existing files stay, but no new files can be added beyond the limit. The larger limit remains for 14 days after the end, and we let you know in advance.
Can I get more than 500 MB?
Yes. Tell us in the request form how much storage you need and we will send you a quote. Larger storage is arranged by invoice — for yourself or for the whole school.
Can I pay by card?
Plus can be paid by card. A school license is arranged by invoice and paid by bank transfer.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Write to mikk@digiklass.ee within 14 days of the payment and we refund the full amount, even if you have already used Plus. The first-purchase guarantee applies once per account. You can also ask for a refund of an annual renewal payment within 14 days. With a refund, the larger storage limit ends immediately; no files are deleted.
How do I cancel Plus?
At any time: when signed in, this page has a “Manage or cancel subscription” button, or write to mikk@digiklass.ee. Plus stays valid until the end of the paid year and then does not renew. Stripe reminds you before the renewal.
School license
How is the school price calculated?
150 € plus 1 € per pupil up to 300 pupils, then 0,50 € per pupil. The price is at least 200 € and at most 900 € per year, rounded to 10 euros. No VAT is added — the seller is not VAT-registered. We check the number of pupils against public school statistics.
Does the school license extend to pupils?
No. A school license is for school staff. If pupils' email addresses are on the same domain as staff addresses, we do not link the license to the domain but add staff from a list. Tick this in the request form.
Can the school see staff members' content?
No. A license only adds storage. Every account remains its user's personal account, and the school gets no access to anyone's content through the license.
I sign in with a Microsoft account — does the license apply?
Yes, once you confirm your school email address. You will find the confirmation button on your dashboard next to your storage.
Can one user use up the whole school's storage?
No. The limit applies to each account separately, so one colleague's heavy use does not take space from others.
Data protection for schools
A short explanation for the school's data protection officer.
- A license only adds storage. The school gets no access to staff accounts or content, and we get no access to the school's data through the license.
- Every account is its user's personal account. Forloop OÜ is the controller of account data. The user who enters other people's names and participants' content is responsible for it (Terms of Service section 3.3).
- For this reason we do not conclude data processing agreements with institutions (GDPR Art. 28): a license does not make Forloop OÜ the school's processor.
- Participants, including pupils, do not create accounts. They join with a link or code, and a first name or nickname is often enough.
- Data is stored in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Backups are encrypted.
- An account that has not been signed in to for 12 months is deleted together with its content. We send a notice first.
