How much storage does a free account have?
A free account has 25 MB for files. That is enough for most people — a license is for those whose participants upload lots of images or audio, for example to a wall or an adventure trail.
What happens when a license ends?
Nothing is deleted. Storage falls back to the free level: existing files stay, but no new files can be added beyond the limit. The larger limit remains for 14 days after the end, and we let you know in advance.
Can the school see staff members' content?
No. A license only adds storage. Every account remains its user's personal account, and the school gets no access to anyone's content through the license.
I sign in with a Microsoft account — does the license apply?
Yes, once you confirm your school email address. You will find the confirmation button on your dashboard next to your storage.
Can I pay by card?
Not at the moment — licenses are arranged by invoice and paid by bank transfer.
